TASK FORCE GENERAL MANAGER

During five month search for permanent GM, smoothly ran all aspects of Club operations and financial planning and of private member golf club and LPGA-caliber championship golf course.

Grew Membership and prospect pipeline, and drove sales and marketing for banquet, catering, and tournament events via new initiatives.

Strong project management. Supervised capital projects including new on-course bathroom construction, hole and green renovation, driving range netting replacement, and new front vehicle gate. Employed strategic planning to ensure minimal impact to Membership.

TRANSITION TO NEW BRAND

Oversaw hotel-side of full lobby, banquet, and food and beverage facilities renovation and transformation of hotel to a vacation time-share brand. Designed agile strategies for both associates and guests, minimized disruptions during renovations within a CBA framework.

Complete on-site responsibility for operations, staff and budgets of 233-room urban-chic Fisherman’s Wharf property in San Francisco.
